De-identified text only; PHI is prohibited and no BAA exists. Pasted text travels encrypted to the AI provider solely to produce the analysis; the raw note is never written to persistent storage operated by this site (the analysis is held briefly in temporary job storage, deleted on retrieval, expiring within an hour), submissions are never used to train models, and provider retention is limited before deletion. Each run counts against the shared free allowance of ten analyses per device; full access removes the limit.
