Get full access for a year

Using your CME or education allowance: many physicians, NPs, and PAs can pay for this with their annual education or professional development funds, since most allowances cover educational subscriptions, books, and coding resources. Check your employer's policy on what qualifies. A receipt suitable for reimbursement is emailed automatically at purchase. To be precise about what this is: an educational resource written and maintained by a physician; it does not currently award accredited CME credits.

Fair use, stated plainly: paid access is for one clinician and is generous but not infinite; roughly ten analyses a day covers far more than typical full time use, and sustained automated or shared account use is throttled server side. What it costs to run: every AI analysis costs real compute, paid by this site. The free allowance (10 analyses per device, shared across the AI tools) exists so you can judge the tools before paying; Pro is priced so a full year typically pays for itself within the first few properly captured visits. De-identified notes only; PHI is prohibited and no BAA exists. Educational support: the goal is accurate, defensible coding, full credit for documented work and nothing more.

Departments, groups, and residency programs: group access is sold today as a set of access codes on one invoice, priced per clinician per year, with the same terms as individual access. What a group purchase includes: every clinician gets full AI analysis, built for normal daily clinical use, the group gets a named contact (the physician who built this), and residency programs get permission to use the guides and worked examples in teaching. What it deliberately does not include yet: identifiable note handling (no BAA), individual usage reporting, or single sign on; if your institution requires those, say so in your inquiry, because that interest is what schedules the enterprise build.
