PhysicianCodingGuide.com is operated by Mima, Inc.
The rule above everything: paste only de-identified notes. The tools are built for text with patient identifiers removed, the pages remind you before every paste, and nothing below substitutes for that habit.
Who processes what
AI analysis: Anthropic. When you run a note, its de-identified text is sent to the Anthropic API for extraction; under Anthropic's API data policy, API inputs and outputs are not used to train models. Analysis results are held briefly in the site's infrastructure so your browser can retrieve them, and are not built into any profile.
Hosting and functions: Netlify. Serves the site, runs the server functions, and stores operational counters (usage allowances, sign-in records, exam results) in its data store.
Sign-in email: Resend. Sends the six digit sign-in codes to the address you enter. Your email address is used for sign-in and, if you subscribe, for the updates you asked for; it is not sold or shared for marketing.
Payments: Stripe. Checkout happens entirely on Stripe; card numbers never touch this site. The site receives only the confirmation needed to mint your access code.
Analytics: Google Analytics. Standard page analytics. Note text is never sent to analytics.
Retention, plainly
Pasted notes are processed to produce the analysis and are not retained as a note library; there is no feature that stores your notes, and the tracker stores only the code tallies you choose to save. Usage counters and account records persist as long as the account does. Ask for deletion any time via the contact page.
For groups and institutions
Institutional deployments with formal security review, agreements, and administrative controls are handled by arrangement; use the contact page.
